Assistance
The Assistance for service and spare parts is available calling +39 031 766599 or faxing to +39 031 768691 the form available on the site www.pilatech.com.
For demands of the technician’s presence we are available to validate those cases individually.
Ordinary assistance is foreseen and organized for the regular maintenance of the equipment. This shall be timed depending on the availability of the client and Pilatech.
Extraordinary assistance is offered if necessary and possible by immediately replacing the faulty or damaged part.
If not feasible we suggest the temporary replacement of the equipment with a similar one until the damage is fully repaired.
Any cost for transfer and transport for replacement of the tool will be added to the cost for repair.
The “courtesy equipment” that is left during the time needed to complete full repair is offered without further cost by Pilatech Srl.
The Service transfer is free of cost in warranty ONLY if there is structural damage or inconveniences that can be referred to factory defects.
The offered assistance is NOT free of cost regarding all cases in which maintenance becomes necessary due to normal wear or inappropriate use of the equipment or ignoring the rules listed in the tool’s product sheet or after services done by non-Pilatech company technicians.
In all ordinary cases of assistance Pilatech will apply the current pricelist in use for the services rendered.
The relative tariff for the technician’s transfer will be calculated based on mileage and used time.
