Pilatech guarantees that all brand new tools are free from factory defects, both for materials and for assembly procedures.
Every Equipment is pre-assembled and tested singularly for the necessary verification tests.

Pilatech warranty comes into effect from the date on the purchasing invoice and lasts for 50 years.

The expendable parts and the upholstery are not guaranteed.
Any defect or difference from what has been ordered must be reported as soon as possible and not later than 8 days after delivery.
The guarantee does not cover damages like tears, cuts, burns, spots, damages caused by the use of detergent products not recommended by Pilatech, damages caused by external agents or any unsuitable use, not in compliance with warnings.
Under the terms of the guarantee, repairs or substitution will be done with the same material, if available;otherwise with the most similar material.
The guarantee does not cover damages which occur during shipping unless the suitable insurance cover has been purchased.

In Attached D of all manuals all the parts of every single tool which are considered expendable are listed.

The guarantee lapses if:

•    The tool has been subject to accident, neglect, improper use, any kind of abuse or deterioration due to various causes.
•    The tool has not been subject to a periodic review and/or a valid attendance contract.
•    The assembly is carried out by unsuitable persons and in a way not in compliance with instructions.
•    A pieces substitution has been made with non original spare parts.
•    The attendance has not been operated by Pilatech staff.
•    The tool is property of anyone else other than the first purchaser.

Once the defect of materials or working process has been proved, Pilatech will repair or replace the defective component, or the whole part to its own discretion.
The repaired or replaced parts will be guaranteed for the following period of original tool warranty.
The guarantee does not cover damages which occur during transport.
The guarantee does not cover shipment expenses, customs or any expense for the installation of sent pieces.
In no case will the guarantee provide compensations for direct or undirect damages to persons or things caused by tools.
