Purchase Order Terms And Conditions

• Ordering and purchasing Pilatech equipment expects you reading the present document with attention and accepting the terms and conditions within presented by signature.
• You may order by simply compiling the pages in the “Store” directly on our site www.pilatech.com, downloading and filling the attached Purchase Order Form
• If you compile the paper form, you will have to countersign it under point 1) and point 2).

• We will confirm your order upon receipt, specifying:
  • the exact amount due (including shipping, insurance, etc)
  • the delivery date
• Your order will be passed to production only after receipt of a 50 % deposit of the complete payable value + VAT 20% (if due) on below specified account.
  For orders under a total of € 500,00 + VAT 20% (if due), anticipated prepayment of the full order value is specified.
• Shipment and delivery of the goods takes only place upon prior receipt of the total balance, the remaining 50%. + VAT 20% (if due).

Transport

Transport modalities are as follows:

Own carrier:
If you prefer to arrange withdrawal of goods using your own carrier check the map on our internet site with instructions on how to reach the Pilatech laboratory in Italy.

Transport by carrier:
Shipping rates are calculated individually for every single shipment F.O.B.
The calculated rates will be inserted in the purchase order form that Pilatech sends back to the buyer and shall be returned to Pilatech Srl duly accepted by signature. Pilatech has chosen to insure any goods for which we arrange transport in order to keep up a high quality of service even in this area of our company.
The insurance lets us have an unbiased transport without having to fear any loss of money in case of any unpleasant incidents during transport.

Delivery
All goods are delivered to the purchaser’s stated address’ civic number. Any transport inside the purchaser’s premises falls entirely under the purchasers responsibility and has to be organized independently!

Delivery Times
Delivery times are 30 working days starting from the date on which Pilatech receives the agreed 50% deposit payment on the Pilatech Srl account.
Delivery times for accessories are set with 15 working days.
All delivery times are indications only and can vary depending on the type of order, quantity, individualized production and holiday periods.
