Trasporto:

Le modalità di trasporto sono le seguenti:

Mezzo proprio:

Il Cliente desidera ritirare gli attrezzi c/o il Laboratorio Pilatech ed attuare il trasporto con mezzo proprio. In tal caso il Cliente può scaricare dal sito www.pilatech.com la piantina e la cartina stradale con il percorso consigliato.

Trasporto c/o Corriere:

Pilatech ha scelto di eseguire solamente trasporti assicurati, in modo da prevenire qualsiasi problema che insorgesse durante il trasporto stesso. La tariffa viene calcolata con preventivo personalizzato per singola spedizione, franco partenza. I relativi costi saranno inseriti nel preventivo rilasciato da Pilatech al Cliente.

In caso di danneggiamento, per poter attivare la procedura di rimborso, ogni materiale inviato DEVE essere “Accettato con Riserva” sul relativo DDT (Documento di Trasporto) specificando i motivi della riserva.

Attenzione: La consegna viene obbligatoriamente effettuata di fronte al numero civico del Cliente. Per il trasporto all’interno dell’edificio l’interessato DEVE farne espressa richiesta oppure organizzarsi autonomamente.

 

Tempi di Consegna:

I tempi per la consegna degli attrezzi sono di 7-10 giorni lavorativi, salvo accordi particolari, dalla data di accredito sul c/c bancario di Pilatech S.r.l. dell’acconto previsto.

I tempi per la consegna degli accessori è di 3-5 giorni lavorativi. I tempi sono comunque indicativi e possono variare in conseguenza del tipo d’ordine, quantità di attrezzi, personalizzazioni, festività intercorrenti ecc.

Transport

Transport modalities are as follows:

Own carrier: If you prefer to arrange withdrawal of goods using your own carrier check the map on our internet site with instructions on how to reach the Pilatech laboratory in Italy.

Transport by carrier: Shipping rates are calculated individually for every single shipment F.O.B. The calculated rates will be inserted in the purchase order form that Pilatech sends back to the buyer and shall be returned to Pilatech Srl duly accepted by signature. Pilatech has chosen to insure any goods for which we arrange transport in order to keep up a high quality of service even in this area of our company. The insurance lets us have an unbiased transport without having to fear any loss of money in case of any unpleasant incidents during transport.

Delivery All goods are delivered to the purchaser’s stated address’ civic number. Any transport inside the purchaser’s premises falls entirely under the purchasers responsibility and has to be organized independently!

Delivery Times Delivery times are 30 working days starting from the date on which Pilatech receives the agreed 50% deposit payment on the Pilatech Srl account. Delivery times for accessories are set with 15 working days. All delivery times are indications only and can vary depending on the type of order, quantity, individualized production and holiday periods.

Assembly

This procedure has already been carried out in laboratory from the technicians of the Pilatech singularly for every tool before the shipment.

Any possible problem of assemblage has already been resolved.

Wood is a natural material and endures variations of dimensions with varying of the temperature and humidity. It is possible that the joint between several components can be a little bit difficult. Follow the instructions without forcing and do not damage wooden parts. Some small scraps on the painting where implantation screws are inserted can derive from our laboratory pre-assembly procedures.

Maintenance

A tool’s level of safety and efficiency can be maintained with a periodic and regular attention to all the parts.

If you find any damage, breach or defect, please inform Pilatech Srl as soon as possible to agree to replace the part or ask for an attendance service.

In the meantime the tool must not be used.

Especially you must check periodically the assemblage state of:

Structure: the wooden part must be cleaned with a damp cloth and a neutral soap. Never use alcoholic or aggressive products. Use a brush to eliminate powder in recesses. Front face footboard: check the stability and for any irregular movements. Make sure that it is never loaded beyond the maximum load and only in the correct modalities of exercises execution. Metal parts: metal parts usually do not need any maintenance. For cleaning use the same cloth used for the wood. Wheels and sliding system: do not lubricate any component. Ball bearings are self-lubricating. The use of oil and fat only makes the parts become powdery and it has a harmful impact on the functionality of components. Clean wheels with the same cloth used for the wood. Use the brush if necessary. Check if wheels slide correctly and pay attention for any irregular noises. Footbar pivols: do not lubricate them. Footbar rubber must be cleaned with a damp, lint-free cloth. Blocks and sheet-chokes: do not lubricate them. Keep these components clean. Check sheet-chokes closing capability. An uncharacteristic noise, while sliding, means that ball bearings are breaking. Ropes and belts: pay attention to the wear on ropes and belts. Change them in case of eccessive and dangerous wear. Upholstery: also this part must be cleaned with a damp cloth and neutral soap. Alcoholic and aggressive products can remove the surface’s protective film. Screws: periodically check the holding state of all the screws. Use equipment instruments if necessary to tighten the screws.

For demands of the technician’s presence we are available to validate those cases individually.

Ordinary assistance is foreseen and organized for the regular maintenance of the equipment. This shall be timed depending on the availability of the client and Pilatech.

Extraordinary assistance is offered if necessary and possible by immediately replacing the faulty or damaged part.

If not feasible we suggest the temporary replacement of the equipment with a similar one until the damage is fully repaired. Any cost for transfer and transport for replacement of the tool will be added to the cost for repair. The “courtesy equipment” that is left during the time needed to complete full repair is offered without further cost by Pilatech Srl. The Service transfer is free of cost in warranty ONLY if there is structural damage or inconveniences that can be referred to factory defects. The offered assistance is NOT free of cost regarding all cases in which maintenance becomes necessary due to normal wear or inappropriate use of the equipment or ignoring the rules listed in the tool’s product sheet or after services done by non-Pilatech company technicians. In all ordinary cases of assistance Pilatech will apply the current pricelist in use for the services rendered. The relative tariff for the technician’s transfer will be calculated based on mileage and used time.

Pilatech guarantees that all brand new tools are free from factory defects, both for materials and for assembly procedures. Every Equipment is pre-assembled and tested singularly for the necessary verification tests.

Pilatech warranty comes into effect from the date on the purchasing invoice and lasts for 50 years.

The expendable parts and the upholstery are not guaranteed. Any defect or difference from what has been ordered must be reported as soon as possible and not later than 8 days after delivery. The guarantee does not cover damages like tears, cuts, burns, spots, damages caused by the use of detergent products not recommended by Pilatech, damages caused by external agents or any unsuitable use, not in compliance with warnings. Under the terms of the guarantee, repairs or substitution will be done with the same material, if available;otherwise with the most similar material. The guarantee does not cover damages which occur during shipping unless the suitable insurance cover has been purchased.

In Attached D of all manuals all the parts of every single tool which are considered expendable are listed.

The guarantee lapses if:

•    The tool has been subject to accident, neglect, improper use, any kind of abuse or deterioration due to various causes. •    The tool has not been subject to a periodic review and/or a valid attendance contract. •    The assembly is carried out by unsuitable persons and in a way not in compliance with instructions. •    A pieces substitution has been made with non original spare parts. •    The attendance has not been operated by Pilatech staff. •    The tool is property of anyone else other than the first purchaser.

Once the defect of materials or working process has been proved, Pilatech will repair or replace the defective component, or the whole part to its own discretion. The repaired or replaced parts will be guaranteed for the following period of original tool warranty. The guarantee does not cover damages which occur during transport. The guarantee does not cover shipment expenses, customs or any expense for the installation of sent pieces. In no case will the guarantee provide compensations for direct or undirect damages to persons or things caused by tools.

Il TÜV Rheinland Group rilascia un certificato in base ai risultati delle prove che vengono eseguite, di regola, presso i laboratori TÜV.Certifica le caratteristiche verificate del prodotto e specifica le norme sulla base delle quali sono state eseguite tali verifiche.

TÜV Rheinland Italy is the Italian branch of TÜV Rheinland Group, the world leader in the field of evaluation, product checks and management system.

To be certified a product has to complete tests successfully and has to be approved by a qualified certification company. TÜV Rheinland Group provides quality certifications according to test results. It certifies the product characteristics and sets the rules according to which tests are carried out. The certification helps the consumer make his purchase decision. The consumer can avail himself of a judge expressed by independent and fair experts. At first TÜV Rheinland Group checks a representative sample. Usually these tests are carried out by TÜV laboratories. The purpose of this monitoring is to check the correspondence between products and the representative sample. Only this way we can make sure that certified products continue to maintain their certification.

Materials and Technical Specifications

 

Main structure: Solid beech wood. Beech wood is one of the most resistant Italian noble wood types. It is grown in intensive cultivation and its use in our industry does not cause any harm to Italian natural resources. Other woods are available on demand.

Nickel and Chromium Free: Pilatech has chosen to get rid of all components which can induce allergic reactions.

Metallic structure: The main metallic structure is made of stainless steel INOX. The final satin-finish improves the aesthetic aspect and gives the frame a shiny look. These processes do not influence or weaken the steel structure. Welding procedures are carried out according to the TIG method, an advanced technology that guarantees high mechanical resistance standard.

Special metallic structure: Pins, joints, wheels, accessories and other components have been developed and created to guarantee the highest mechanical resistance to different influences and stresses.

Plastic and rubber spare parts: All these components are produced with certified materials that do not contain toxic, allergenic or irritating substances. Polilatex, our padding material, is the most innovative synthetic polyurethane. It is hypoallergenic, transpiring, doesn’t deform and eco-friendly. Being the results of long and constant research, its environmentally friendly water-based and CFC-free composition allows air circulation, best humidity and temperature level and a good ergonomic support.

Upholstery: Both synthetic leather and upholstery have been chosen and created to be highly comfortable during the exercises. They are produced according to industry standards and are highly resistant and durable. Upholstery is available in a wide range of different colours.

Warnishing: Water-based varnish, gloss 15, transparent, finished with finest grains for anti-scratch finish. Like any Pilatech equipment, varnishing is carried out with water-based products respecting the highest quality standards in terms of non toxic and eco-friendly varnishing. The quality ensures that the colours won’t fade and the wood remains constant and pleasant to the touch. Tests have been carried out to check resistance to wear and to guarantee an optimal anti-scratch level.

Fitness 2.0: servizio alla persona

Pilatech, insieme con Professione Fitness, Clinical Pilates e BioGym, ha organizzato il FUORI FIERA 2010 a Rimini, un evento propedeutico alla crescita e al supporto del business degli operatori del settore.

Il fitness inteso nella versione 1.0 ha concluso il suo ciclo. Questo tipo di fitness si basava sull’affitto di macchine tecnologiche e spazi chiamati palestre, oggi invece siamo chiamati a fare una profonda riflessione sulla necessità di mettere al centro di tutti i pensieri la persona e, di conseguenza, il servizio al cliente. Si parla quindi di un nuovo modo di intendere il fitness, che non deve essere una proposta anonima, bensì tagliata su misura rispetto alle esigenze dell’utenza. Il fitness 2.0 è il servizio alla persona. E’ declinato in tanti modi: posturale, cardiovascolare, preventivo, metabolico, motorio, ma non può prescindere dall’essere un servizio di qualità per una popolazione sedentaria e, in certi casi, analfabeta dal punto di vista motorio.
