Description
The Swing Barrel completes the Barrel series allowing proprioceptive exercises in upright position, propedeutic to the exercises presented on the Cadillac, Chair or with the Magic Circle.
It is possible to work out on both hemicylinder and wooden flat anti-slide surfaces.
Features
Even Matwork and Step Barrel exercises can be done on the Swing Barrel.
By inserting elastic bands in the holes on the Swing Barrel You can carry out various exercises as shown in the Cadillac program.
Furthermore the wooden surface allows for balance exercises and helps strengthening legs and ankles.
